  7. The RCC Fuel Distribution System (FDS) is a complete software/hardware (or
  8. software only) package, specifically built for fuel Marketers/Retailers. FDS
  9. includes delivery scheduling, customer point-of-sale, invoicing and statements,
  10. credit management and driver/truck delivery production reporting, budget
  11. payments and cash, charge, credit card, and installment sales. The system
  12. provides pre-printed delivery tickets, delivery routing (based on multiple
  13. degree day regions and/or fill daily or weekly), electronic meter head
  14. interface to automatically enter delivery information and rescheduled delivery
  15. based on previous history and current fill information and metered billing
  16. based on current readings, with user-defined price rate tables,
  17. cents-per-gallon and percentage discounting, and tax calculating/reporting
  18. based by state and/or local. Maintains customer open invoice, aged invoice,
  19. delivery location, tank, and history information. Additional (optional)
  20. integrated accounting applications include General Ledger, Inventory, Accounts
  21. Payable, Payroll, Job Costing, and Fixed Assets may be added as required.
